It was brought to my attention that I have not done a great job at letting you and every other reader know how to obtain CE’s for reading this here newsletter.

So… without further ado, here are the steps.

1) Head on to the TCC Membership page, and sign up for a membership. I’ll even give you a 20% discount on the yearly if you do it no later than Sunday (8/16/26). Use code “harryweasley

2) Congratulations, now you have access to over 20 CE’s as of today. (more will be added weekly)

3A) Read the article. Complete the Quiz. Complete the Tracking Assignment.
or
3B) Watch the video. Complete the Quiz. Complete the Tracking Assignment.

4) That’s it. We do the rest. Every quarter we’ll send you a list of your completed CE’s. If you need it sooner, you just send us an e-mail.

Where do these CE’s fit in? Every state allows you to complete a certain amount of online CE’s (there are some far behind that still don’t). If you are one of the lucky few that your state allows you to complete all of them online… what are you waiting for?

It’s not all about the CE’s.

There’s real clinical work that will help you excel. Here’s what a couple of your colleagues had to say about them this week:

“… I started it for continuing ed credits, but those are just a bonus at this point…” - Dr. L

“…thank you for the articles. Wish they had been around earlier in my career. I am really enjoying them…” Dr. W

“…I am really enjoying the articles. They are very thorough. They’ve helped me build my confidence since I’m new in practice…” Dr. O

Like I said… become a TCC member. Worst case scenario, you become a better clinician.

AC Joint Injury vs Subacromial Impingement

Managing the Patient with Frustration

G came in every week for the first three weeks, then dropped to every other week as the shoulder settled. The early work was simple. We calmed the protective muscle tone, opened up the cross-body range with mobilization and soft-tissue work, and got him loading almost immediately in pain-free ranges. By the end of week two, pressing on the joint still hurt, but reaching across his body to grab a seatbelt no longer caught him.

The turn came in week four, when we started Continue reading

Ad spend.

  • Manage your Ad spend like a patient: If you don’t measure it, you don’t know if its working. Last month I spoke with a doc who spent almost $10K in ad spend. Great results, but he was so scattered. Google, Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter (X) etc. When I asked him where his leads where coming from he had no idea. We were able to go through his last 90 days and figure out he could cut out three segments, save $5K and still have the same amount of NP. Or he could use those $5K in the segments that actually were bringing patients.

  • What doesn’t get tracked does not grow: If you are not keeping track where your patients are coming from, you are going to spend a lot of time guessing, and worst of all… spend a lot of money testing things out.

  • Measure progress by leverage. Ads aren’t as easy to run as they used to. Your creative, your copy, your positioning it all matters now that AI is running things in the background. But that shouldn’t stop you. Learn, measure and leverage your experience as you build better ads, better positioning, better experiences for your patients.

That’s it for this week.

Keep showing up, we’ll keep cheering you on — and as always, level up! 🏃‍♂️
